Need SQL*Net v2.1.4 for ULTRIX - Please Help!!

Does anyone out there have a version 2.1.4 SQL*Net client that runs on Ultrix (v4.4) that I could get a copy of? This would have come with Oracle Server version 7.1.4.1.1 (the last version that shipped for Ultrix, according to technical support). The way to tell what SQL*Net client is to look in ORACLE_HOME/orainst/unix.rgs.

The whole story follows:

We have a system with a bunch of ULTRIX (DECStation 5000/133's) machines that runs a custom application that includes calling stored procedures stored on a DEC Alpha (which runs an ORACLE database v7.1.X). The clients are running a 1.X SQL*Net, and the 7.1.X server is running the 1.X listener. But the DEC Alpha is getting upgraded from OSF-1 to Digital UNIX, and the Oracle server is going from 7.1.X to 7.3.4.

The problem is that we now need to get version 2.1.4 of SQL*Net for the Ultrix clients, because that is the minimum (lowest) version of SQL*Net that will communicate with the 2.3.4 listener that comes with the Oracle 7.3.4 server. Oracle can not help us (we have a CSI number, and I have talked with Client Relations, Customer Service, and Technical Support) and they just plain don't have that software anymore (it was de-supported a few years ago). They would be happy to ship it to us, but, it doesn't exist.
