Well this is your lucky day!
My company is considering selling their Oracle Financials. I have checked into this and it is supposed to be legal because we kept maintenance on the licenses ever since we originally bought them.

Although we do not need any more Oracle licenses (just recently acquired many new server licenses because of the timing ... needed prior to end of Feb when Oracle Financials will no longer be needed). We would consider selling them or a trade for Oracle Education credits or ???
