URGENT HELP - F45web32.exe crashes on server!???

When running a Forms 4.5 java applet (data entry form) on a Win95 client PC against Oracle 7.2 and Web Server 2.0 for WinNT4.0 the F45web.exe application causes an error after a very short period of use.

After a couple of queries and uses of LOV's the client PC becomes very slow as all CPU processing capability is taken up by the applet which has crashed.

On the server side an error message is raised by NT as follows:

Application Error:
OleMainThreadWndName: f45web32.exe

The exception cannot continue.
Windows NT cannot continue.
Exception (0xc0000025) occured in the application at location (0x77f1cd91)

Forms version is 4.5.9.7.0
JDK Applet is: 1.1.4.8.0

Could this error be from bad memory?
Is it more likely a Forms 4.5 problem?
Is there a patch???

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Thanks,
