Oracle is maintaining information about the pga (program global area) and uga (user global area) in v$sesstat. Plunder $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/utlestat for statements selecting from v$sysstat, the system wide view. Add the columns serial and sid to query for a specific session
