So far I have not found a way. What I do is create an ODBC connection to my Oracle tables in Access - Access will allow you to create comma, tab, or anything you want, delimited flat files. However, it always appends the time to dates (SQLServer format) - so you'll have to clean this up afterwards with a search and replace.
