I think you were confused that temp meant temporary tablespace's
segment.


Temp in oracle error does not mean TEMPORARY Tablespace.
It means temp segments in tablespace where you want to put ther table.
So,you can try resizing a initial/next extents or adding datafile to
that tablespace.
