Sqlnet.log file is created by sqlnet not sql loader...



Default directory is ohome\bin\ if not specified in the sqlnet.ora file...



You can configure this in the sqlnet.ora file (ohome\network\admin\) thus...
log_file_client = sqlnet


log_directory_client = c:\orant\network\log



This specifies the filename (sqlnet) and the location...
