It's sopposed to be possible, but so far, changing the Listener.ora and TNSNAMES.ORA files don't seem to work.
I think that I have to have Oracle create a new NT service, but I have no idea how. Our listener.ora file has been heavily modified, so I can't use SQLNet Easy (bullshit) Configuration to edit it.
