SQL*Plus reports on the Web

Has anyone tried to deploy SQL*Plus 3.0 reports on the Web Server v 2.1 or OAS 3.0?
If so, my questions are:
1. How do I invoke SQL*Plus on the server from an HTML web page? 2. How do I maintain the formatting that SQL*Plus provides by its Column, Break, and Compute commands?
3. How do I send the SQL*Plus SPOOL file back to the client Browser? Any help or insights would be appreciated. Thanks.
