What's Difficult,, If you had done with Sybase U should have no problem with Oracle

Just use Plain Simple FTP and Copy Oracle for One Unix Box to another, or in

more simple term copy the Libraries and restore on other box through Tape or other mean...

and Start Creating the new Database.

Don't forget Sql Net Configuration with new box.
