Oracle - Microfocus problems

Hello.
Does anybody uses Oracle 7.3.2.3.0 with Microfocus Cobol 4.0.5 on HP-UX? We have some problems of performance, maybe it could be some kind of incompatibility with the version of precompiler? Or we have to compile the programs as .gnt? Thank for your attention.
