Hello,



I need to stop the TNSListenerService in Windows NT Server 4.0
and to restart it.



I work with Oracle Server 7.3.3.



I know how to do it with the configuration panel.



Is it a way to do it in a script mode ? ( .bat or .cmd ) ?
