When this happens to me, it's usually because I don't have
the same TNSNAMES file on the server as on the client.
That's for my NT servers. However, I currently manage an HP
Unix box that exhibits this behavior, and the TNSNAMES files
are correct. I havn't had time to figure out that problem
yet.
