Hi,



I use SYS user and execute a SQL command 'GRANT ALL ON user1.my_table TO
user2' in SQL*Plus, but respond  'no privileges to GRANT'.  I'm sure it
own all system privileges of  DBA role.  Why SYS can't GRANT one's table
to another ??
