Personal access to Oracle Products ...

I find as I move from client to client, there are differently configured installations of Oracle, some out of date, some with only minimum setups. Because of this I tend to lose touch with the latest release and therefore new functionality of some of the products.

Can anyone recommend a way of getting access to the core products ... The DBMS, Designer and Developer especially ... at a reasonable cost?

Thanks in advance RM
