Internal error! Please try again (oracle webserver 3 for windows nt)

Hello!

I finaly succeeded in installing the oracle web application server version 3.0.1.0.1. Now i want to try a simple hello world application. It is a PL/SQL package. It should work because it works on my university (where we use UNIX however).
I made a dad and pl/sql agent.
WHen i try the URL (http://breda.tzo.com:81/inet/plsql/HelloWorld.Starter) I get:
Internal error! Please try again

Can anybody tell me what the error is about and why? And how i can avoid this error in the future. Maybe it is an error of the OWAS ? But I assume not.... else, is there a patch?
