List of ODBC/ORACLE files needed to connect to ORACLE SERVER

Does any body have any idea about the list of ODBC/ORACLE files needed on the client machine to connect to ORACLE Server(7.3). We don't want to run Oracle client set up on the client machine. Idea is to put these ODBC/ORACLE files in the set up program for the application being developed and then copy these files in the appropriate directories on the client machine. Also any thoughts on if something needs to be registered.

Any help on these would be highly appreciated.
