Alright,

You are getting confused between the Oracle snapshots and a snapshot query Or Record Set....) as defined by the Microsoft Data Objects /ODBC. You do not need any oracle snapshots. Oracle snapshots are for Data Replication and Distribution between servers or databases.

Open the code and see what kind of record set they are using in the example
