Help me in Storage Calculation

Hello all,

I´m doing a job where I need to recreate several tables and indexes due new volumes of lines expected. I need to calculate to storages needs for this segments.

I´m know that Oracle literature has all formulas I need to do this job. But if someone has written a spreadsheet to calculate this and can send it to me I will be very happy.
