App 10SC vs 11.0.1 on NT

I have to do a new implementation of Financials prior to Y2K. We'll need at some time to have the new functionnality of Rel.11 (Business inteliigence, Web order entries,...) but after 2000.

Should we install 10SC or 11 ?
Does anyone know about the reliability of 11.0.1 on NT 4 ? Does anyone have any experience with it ?
