ORA-12154 when refreshing snapshot

Hi,

has anyone found a workaround for a bug 563767 ? Automatic snapshot refresh fails with errors 12012, 12154 TNS: Could not resolve service name, 6512 in alert.log. It occurs to be with certain snp-processes but I'm not quite sure about that. Anyway snapshots fail every now and then, not always and not the same snapshots. This happens in both of my snapshot sites but it only started last week which is weird because I've had these snapshots for a long time. This bug was reported in October 1997 with Unix and Oracle v.7.3.3. My environment is Alpha OpenVms and Oracle v.7.3.3.6.

I also found another error in a trace-file and the snp-process was killed:
ksedmp: internal or fatal error...
This is an informational dump
..eg., used for Bugs 227188 and 226937... Got ORA-602 while running PLSQL

Is this due to a too small shared pool (30Mb) ?
