Help Needed to Limit Access to Valid Nodes on NT for Specific SID

I am working with Oracle 7.3.4 on NT. I need to limit connections to a new SID on a production server to Specific nodes for security reasons. We are using TCP/IP as our protocol for Sql*Net. Can this be done on NT? I know some operating systems support validnode verification but cannot determine if NT does in the documentation I have. I don't know how to set this up. I can not use the communities in NT to do this (domains not yet established properly). I already have a listener which listens for conections to several SIDs with no constraints. I would appreciate any advice or assistance in how to do this.

Thanks in advance.
