Does anyone know why in Oracle 7.3 the snaptime$$ column
in a snapshot log table (mlog$_foo) doesn't get
populated?  It's not included in the trigger that populates
the mlog$ tables.  Without this column, how does Oracle
apply snapshot refresh transactions (using a fast refresh) 
in the correct order?
