svrmgrm was EOL'd beyond 7.x. A Java version of Enterprise Manager is
supposedly in the works for 8.1.



You'll be much more valuable as a DBA or a system administrator or a 
developer when you learn the command line or the svrmgrl prompt. :)
The Oracle Press DBA book explains which tables and views contain the
DBA specific information. The Oracle scripts book might be helpful.
