REORG A TABLE ?

Hello everyone,



I have run analyze on some of the particular tables that I have.
Most seem to have a problem of empty_block .. indicating
wasted space due to repetitive INSERT/DELETE.
How do I best reorganize those table to reduce the waste space ?
