Oracle 7.3.2.3 and SCO OS5.04

I am having trouble installing Oracle 7.3.2.3 on a SCO OS5.04 box. The install starts and
then I get linker errors trying to relink the TNS Listener. The SCO OS5.04 box has 5.04, rs504c, and Development Kit installed. Any ideas would help tremendously!
