Forms 3.0 supports SQL*Net V2.
Forms 3.0 works fine with Oracle8 Server (even with a new rowids). To install Forms 3.0 you should run as a system the next files: iadtable.sql
iadindex.sql
iadview.sql
iadgrant.sql

You can get a troubles with a RR-mask of date. It should be solved by another way (for example, you can create a trigger for check date over 2000' year).
