Create user identified by externally

Hello everybody,

I'm getting mad with my current problem on externally identified oracle users.

It works fine when I connect to my develop-server... it works only to the 'real'-server, when I also open the server with the file explorer
it works not to the 'real-server' with a 'normal'-user.

What else do I need? create... by externally is not enough...

please help!
