We are running Oracle 7.3 on NT and Oracle 8.05 on Solaris 2.6
Everything is OK on Solaris box, but I can't read/writie files on NT box.
My settings in initORCL.ora are
UTL_FILE_DIR=d:\serv_out;
When I'm trying to run following script I'm Getting 'invalid path' error. I put some exceptions there
DECLARE
fpt UTL_FILE.FILE_TYPE;
sDir VARCHAR2(100);
sFile VARCHAR2(100);
begin
sDir:='d:\serv_out';
sFile:='test.txt';
fpt:=UTL_FILE.FOPEN(sDir,sFile,'a');
UTL_FILE.PUT(fpt,'hello');
UTL_FILE.FCLOSE(fpt);
end;
Is there any specific NT things I didn't make?
Thanks
Gocha
