Error 12571 - please help - OpenVMS

I get the following message in a trace file on a regular basis. Can anybody tell me what to do about this. I have tried oracle support but they dont seem to care to much and gives me useless info.

• SESSION ID:(13.27085) FATAL ERROR IN TWO-TASK SERVER: error = 12571 16-OCT-1998 15:40:22.98: ksedmp: internal or fatal error

Current SQL statement for this session: UPDATE TF08_CASTS SET CF08_CAST_END_DATE_TIME= NULL ,CF08_PREP_STATUS='O' WHERE CF08_CAST_NUMBER = :b1

I am running Oracle 7.1.5 on Openvms 6.1.
