Your question makes no sense to me. The size of a object's initial extent and next extent are either set in that object's storage clause or it uses the default values for the tablespace. Speaking as a DBA no one should ever build a table or index without an explicit storage clause. And you are usually better with larger extents as the performance degradation caused by large numbers of extents is very substantial.
