As you have been using 7.3.3, you must be using at least SQL Net 2.x

When setting up your client machine, you need to have the 16 bit Oracle Home before the 32 bit Oracle Home in your DOS PATH environment variable. You may need an entry in the WIN.INI file to point to your 16 bit ORACLE.INI

Otherwise you should have no problem
