ora-01019

Hi all :-)
I have simple question..
I'm getting ora-01019 error message when I tried to access table with my cgi script
I think I have set ORACLE environment correct.. ORACLE_HOME = /usr2/oracle/product/8.0.5 ORACLE_SID = ORA7
I have been searching all over the net and what I get was just fix the oracle enviroment correctly..
what do i do??
