ORA-09352 Error?

Hi,

You nedd to start the OracleStartSID service from the Control Panel
--> Services

When you open Services,
You will be displayed with all
the
services available and their status

From that dialog box, highliht
ORacleStartORCL
(or OracleStartSID if your SID is different) and then
click Start.

You can also automatically start this
at the time of system
boot. For this,
select Startup button and Pick Automatic from the Radio
button. From then, the oracle services will be started automatically
