The DEC error tells you what the problem is - that's to say if you have an error message manual for your DEC box! :-)

Rule 1 of an upgrade to a server. Never do what you can not undo. Rule 2 of an upgrade to a server. Know what you're changing and why you're changing it.
Rule 3 of an upgrade to a server. Always make sure that there's someone else to blame in case anything goes wrong.
