Need help. Must restore data from datafile.

We have an oracle datafile (created with the 'create tablespace datafile=' command) that contains several tables. The datafile was created on an Oracle 8.0.4 Windows NT machine using 2048k blocks. Is there any way possible to 'mount' that datafile and retrieve the data inside?
