What do you mean by every user has its own datafiles????? Do you mean that they have their own TABLESPACE?!?! If not, how can you tell which user is using which datafile?!?!?

But apart from that, I think you are asking if it is possible to restore some of the datafiles while leaving the other alone. The answer is almost NO if you are using NOARCHIVELOG mode. Unless you are so lucky that all the redo log files are still online since your last cold backup.

If you really want to do tablespace online recovery, do change your database to archivelog mode!
