Look into the dba_extents table. The segment name is the table name. Produce a sum
of the blocks field or bytes field for all extents of that name (same owner + same segment type).

The ALL_TABLES or USER_TABLES or DBA_TABLES or TABS views that someone mentionned, will show you
some info only if the statistics were calculated (estimate or compute options).
