OWAS 3.0 & SSL

I try to configure OWAS 3.0.1 for use SSL. There is a problem: listener doesn't want to start and puts a messageS "Error: Unable to load or decode certificate file(s)." or "Error: Companion oraweb process failed OWS-08811: Unable to startup Oracle Web Listener `test'."

Can anyone help me- that's this and how it can be fixed?
