Oracle questions

Hi,

I came from sybase world and new to Oracle.

The following questions I'd like to know in Oracle.

How to mirror the log file? by adding groups/members? command?
How to recompile objects in db?
When makes you to rebuild index? Oracle has cluster/noncluster index like sybase?
How to move objects between tablespaces? step?
in Oracle 7.3.4 file:configtest.ora db_block_size = <blocksize> why?
