This error occurs with a brand new Oracle Server Enterprise Edition where the
Oracle Parallel Server (OPS) was also installed. This particular case occurred in 7.3.4 but is likely to occur in any version supporting OPS.

The Oracle Installer simply installs the OPS components required to configure
Oracle Parallel Server. To have a complete OPS installation you must then
install the vendor-supplied OSD (Operating System Dependent) modules and

perform several OPS configuration tasks.

You can either continue with the installation as explained in the online

Oracle Parallel Server Getting Started for Windows NT manual. Or, remove the
Oracle Parallel Server option by running the Oracle Installer (Oracle_Home\BIN\ORAINST.EXE) and choose to remove the OPS components.

The OPS installation is not automatic. The Windows NT Error 0126 is reported
because the operating system cannot find the required OSD modules.
