I am currently working with Access using pass-through queries to access the database to create dynamic reports in Access. This report requires mutil-level with correct indentations in accordance to the heierarchial structure. Although I have finally found a way to print the desired data in a hierarchial format, that is with correct indentations, I am having alot of trouble printing the first occurance of duplicate values yet keeping the detailed information intact, without using "group by", since hierchial struture does not support group by as part of the syntax, not to mention it will screw up the hierarchial structure. if you know how to repress these duplicate values inside a hierarchial structure, please HELP ASAP.

Much appreciated,
