 You can't run svrmgr23.exe from a client PC. But you could telnet into your NT box to run the server manager. Also you could install Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) on the client PC to perform the administration tasks. The good thing about OEM is that a DBA can administer and monitor many Oracle databases from a single machine.
