HELP installing Oracle 7.3 on Solaris (Intel)

I am using the CDE but opened a terminal session.

I am at the terminal session (logged in as root) and when I type in
/orainst from the cdrom, it tells me:

You have logged in as root
Exiting orainst procedure

When I log in as oracle7, it tells me and type in ./orainst from the cdrom:

Supported Terminals are:
3151 386 386s 386u 386x ansi avx3 dec dgd2 dgd4 hft hftc hp iris ncd sun sun5 vt100 vt220 wy150 wy50 xsun xsun5 TERM=sun-cmd ORACLE_TERM=
Can't find resource file
/cdrom/wg73_unix/server/orainst/./tk2(TERM).res or
/cdrom/wg73_unix/server/orainst/./tk2(ORACLE_TERM).res
Please set your TERM variable to one of the supported terminals Exiting orainst procedure

When I try to connect (logged in as oracle7) from a client machine via telnet and type in ./orainst from the cdrom, I receive a notification message:

unix.stp(1686) : Unbound environment variable 'WGSORAHOME' Received on Thu Oct 15 1998 - 04:33:20 CDT
