Problem Downloading Oracle 8 for Linux

Dear friends, I have registered myself to Oracle Technology Network. But when I click on "Downloading Oracle 8 for Linux" after filling a dialog box that appears to get my registeration information instead of downloading page another page appears that contains something like the followin two lines: See our Automated Password Lookup .... Oracle Technology Network

I want to know if you have experienced similar problem or have any suggestions to solve it.
