What you need to know are the following :

MAX Datafiles Oracle Server supports on your platform MAX Datafile size the OS supports on your platform

I think the standard figures for DECOS are :

MAX Datafiles = 121 (per instance?)
MAX Filesize = 2Gb,

hence max db size is 121x2Gb=242Gb <ITb
