The upgrade exam won't be available until 10/19.
There are 5 exams towards the Oracle8 DBA certification:
The SQL & PL/SQL exam is the same as the one for Oracle 7.3, so there were only 4 beta exams. I took all 4 of them - won't know the result until November though. Very little material in the exams was Oracle8-specific.
The beta exams was very brutal. Each one lasted 150 minutes and consisted of 150 to 200 questions. The DB Admin exam had the most questions - 192, that's 46.8 seconds per question!
