Yes, there is no problem at all, as long as all the current online redo log files are in place.

There is another situation where the timestamp of the datafile will be out of sync. When the tablespace is read-only, the timestamp of that datafile(s) will be different from the rest and that is perfectly okey in time of recovery too.
