connecting Oracle 8 voer SQL*NET2

Hi,

I want to connect to a Oracle 8.0.3 Database with NET8 from a client
with SQL*NET 2 (version 2.3.3.0.1). But whatever I do I get the error
"ORA-03106, two-task error ...".

After that I installed SQL*NET 2 on the Oracle8 Server and deactivate NET 8. Now I get the error "12500: listener failed to start a dedicated server process ".

Has anyone an idea, what I shall do to solve this problem.
