You can get more information on the error from the application event log.

Try deleting the snmp-ro.ora and snmp-rw.ora files and restart the agent. Make sure the listener.ora is configured correctly for both instances and that both have a tcp protocol connection defined. Received on Wed Oct 07 1998 - 09:20:22 CDT
